Judith's Royal Birthday Quilt

I made this quilt for my sister Judith, who turned 23 years old on June 29. I used Moda Max & Whiskers and Moda Marbles fabrics to make disappearing 9-patches, 2 1/2" strips and some appliques. Judith's German Shorthair Pointer (GSP), seen below, is named Duke. I also made a matching bag with an appliqued GSP on the front:

    This quilt turned out very well. Great job. I had fun binding it! It reminded Quinn to sing his song, "Cousin Robin, Cousin Robin, Cousin Robin!!"
    I wish that dog stayed that size forever, so cute!
    He looks just like his momma! (You heard me, Judith.)
